Although Yak wool has been used traditionally for centuries, it is still relatively undiscovered in the Western world. Yak cattle, which live in incredibly harsh winter conditions in the high-altitude Himalayas, provide this exceptionally fine wool.
Yak wool is comfortable, extra soft and well insulating. The wool consists of a fiber that does not pill and is also antibacterial, dirt and water repellent.
