Placing an order

You can place an order with or without an account.

• Choose an article and select the size.
• Add the item to your shopping cart.
• Click on 'pay'.
• Check all data.
• Choose a payment method.
• Click on 'checkout'.
• You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

Didn't receive an order confirmation?

It is possible that the confirmation email ended up in your spam. If not, check that you entered the correct email address in your account. You can find this in your order history. If you still can't figure it out, please contact our customer service.

Cancel or change my order

Once you have placed an order, you can no longer cancel or change it. Therefore, check your order carefully before you pay.

Article not available

If an item turns out not to be available, we will contact you and the money will be refunded.

An item is now cheaper than when I bought it

Unfortunately, we cannot settle the price difference with you. You can still return the item, provided that it is within the return period.

Delivery charge

Delivery costs within the Netherlands are € 4,95, with an order from € 59,95 you do not pay any delivery costs.
The shipping costs for Belgium and Germany are € 8,95 per order, from € 99,95 we ship your order free of charge.

Delivery time

We aim to deliver your order within 2 working days. Please note that delivery of your order can take a little longer around holidays. We ask for your understanding for this.

Delivery method

All your purchases are delivered by DHL. DHL delivery times are: Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
If you are not present at the time of delivery, the package will be delivered to the neighbors if the shipment allows it or offered again the next day.

If the shipment cannot be delivered on a second attempt, DHL will deliver the package to the nearest DHL service point. You will receive a proof of shipment in your mailbox. You must collect your package from the DHL service point within 7 working days.
